well, i think the best time to workout is when you feel like you want to workout. doesnt matter if its in the night or day. Unless of course your going to the gym, because they do get crowded during certain times of the day. But workout when you feel like you want to workout! :)Health Question & Answer

During the day. It's when you're most alert and awake. If you work out at night, your body will be pumped up and it will be very difficult to sleep. If you work out in the morning, it's not going to help. Your muscles won't be moving around yet, and you'll just pull something.Health Question & Answer

Well, if you're trying to lose weight, the best time would be morning, before you eat breakfast. Your body has been on a fast since you ate last night, and it will be a real fat burning machine in the morning.

Well i'm on the swim team and most sports workout in the morning and afternoon. That's what most peopel do anyways. It's good to work out i nthe morning because it wakes you up and you focus better. So i would say 5:45-8am and 3-5:30. that's waht we do. hope this helps!Health Question & Answer
