that is a very healthy amount to loose, however dont be disappointed if some weeks you loose less.

ive lost just over 1stone and did it in steps of 1-2lb a week, some weeks i didnt loose anything others more. just stick at it and make it a change of lifestyle rather than a diet that way it will stay off. mine has. by eating smaller portions my stomach has shrunk so now i get fuller quicker and dont eat as much as i did before.
