Question: Did I do well on my diet today.?
Breakfast:
1 Mini Bagle, with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and one normal-sized apple..One vitamin chewy thing, and A Starlight mint.

Lunch: Oatmeal, with Small amounts of sugar

Dinner: Protein bar, and Small Salad with 2 tablespoons of light dressing. And two mini candy canes ( 12 cal a piece)Health Question & Answer

You need to eat much more fruit and a LARGE green salad daily.

nope well its all good except for the candy but there are other ways to loose weight with out doing all that you have reasonable portions and a lot of fruit and veggies.
cause now your not having the fuits that you need nor the protien
Oh and by the way stay away of the protien bars those aren't good at all
ex of a diet

breakfastL: a fruit salade with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
snack a piece of cheese with a little nuts without salt
lunch: a salade with a bit of dressing
snack a fruit
dinner veggies and meat

By the way a portion of meat is the sizee of your palm and the width of you pinky.
If you dont over eat and excersise you should be healthy.


p.s did you know that in the word diet theres the word die

eat healthy and if you skip your meals in the long run your body will say yeah you didn't give me any food when I needed it so i'll keep the food your giving me and store the calories.

Nope. The candy canes, the small amounts of sugar, the peanut butter..it adds up. This is all unhealthy food that you ate today. No nutritional value at all whatsoever. You need to eat lean grilled meats, vegetables, and fresh produce.Health Question & Answer
