Question: How can I lose 30 pounds Before May.?
i need to lose at least 30 pounds before may because of prom and the dress i wan it limited in sizes and we can't afford to have it fitted along with everything else i have to do. I need a healthy way to do this. I can't not eat or else i'll get sick and end up in the hospital, and i can't really exercise in the cold. so if you know of anything that i can do, please tell me.Health Question & Answer

You don't have to sit there and count calories, just make healthy choices--instead of dropping by and getting fast food, wait until you get home and eat a turkey sandwich or something. Eat a big salad to fill you up before you have a slice of pizza. Make sure you get breakfast (believe me, this really helps you through the day), have some good cereal, oatmeal, fruit, an egg, something! I drink a Slim Fast shake when I have to run out. Eat a lot of fiber and drink enough water. Giving up dessert every night was hard for me, I just had it once a week.

I did this workout last year, starting mid-February and I lost 35 pounds by mid-may. I don't know how overweight you are, so it might be a little harder or easier for you. I was 170lbs and dropped to 135--went from US size 14 to a US size 8. The best advice I can give you is to stick with it. In the beginning, sometimes you cheat on your diet or skip exercising, but once you get over the hump, you find yourself eating healthy and exercising, it just becomes a routine. Good luck! What ever you decide to do make sure you are making safe and healthy choices. I did the Daniel Fast or the Daniel Diet (you can google it). Basically it's eating fruits, veggies, and whole grains and drinking water.You can loose weight quickly. I lost 7lbs in one week. The fast takes discipline, especially if you are use to eating lots of meats, sweets, and sugars. I would also advise reading up on it before beginning it. You have until May so you could fast for a week or two the modify you meals and just rotate it. Whatever you do don't starve youself on the diet..you can eat as much fruits and veggies as you like and you'll still lose weight. You want to maintain you energy. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

ok so this worked for my 25 yr old cousin and my dad. lol. Cut out all fatty foods. You would never know how fatty foods can be. Focus on reading labels. No matter the temptation STICK WITH IT. Skim milk, no oily foods, no junk food. When you get a temptation think about how good you will look a little thinner. But be healthy about it. Check the average weight for someone your age. You should shed the pounds within months. Then once down continue to eat healthy. It will be spring so exercise! Hop this gets you somewhere.Health Question & Answer

Eat a lot of strawberrys !
Eat a lot of healthy stuff.
Like a easy way of looking at it is, be a vegan withouth the vegan ice cream and peanut butter and stuff like that.
Excersise at least 5 days a week.

Eat lots of fruit as much fruit as you desire before each meal and have a large green salad every day - this will help with cravings immensely and you will eat better.

Try to exercise its really important.
