Weight Watchers works because it's based on calorie-control and exercise and weight loss is proven to be more effective if you have a food diary or weigh-ins with other people. Atkins diet and the Cambridge diet are just dangerous. Balanced diet and exercise are definately the best plan but weight watchers are a good option if you've dieted before but run out of motivation.Health Question & Answer
Exercise is just as vital as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the only diet which clearly delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it was featured in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I shed thrity pounds, it clearly does work!Health Question & Answer
Exercising helped me to lose lots of weight after I combined it along with taking acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://frurdody.ckuo.net , try it, how worse could it make things.?Health Question & Answer
Yes, they all work. I've just lost 8lbs in ten days on the fatloss4idiots diet. It's only any use as a quick fix though. For a long term solution it has to be Weight Watchers or a calorie controlled diet of your own making, including exercise, fruit and veg.Health Question & Answer
Those work. Skinny boost is another good option.
