Large cities have more obese people because they are always busy, so people find it necessary to eat more fast food since they're on the go. Smaller cities have less fast food restaurants and more family values since there isn't as much to do there. Therefore, they have more in-shape people. Houston, TX has more obese people than any other city in the US.
Juliet R - I believe you are incorrect about the midwest. I have lived in Nebraska on a farm. I am very in shape because I am required to do more work around the house and outside. We have home cooked meals very often. There aren't any fast food restaurants within 15 miles of my home. There are a lot of people like us here, like most of my friends.Health Question & Answer
