when i entered your numbers and multiplied it by the number for moderate activity level, I got 1867 calories per day. It might be higher or lower depending on how much exercise you do.Health Question & Answer

go to www.mypyramid.gov, This is a excellent resource to plan a diet and when you enter height/weight/age/sex/physical activity it will tell you how many calories you need. You will probably be around the range of 1600 - 2000 calories depending on physical activity, etc.
And I am assuming you don't have any medical problems (like hyper/hypothyrodisim, cystic fibrosis, celiac disease, etc.)
