Can you make me a workout?!


Question: Can you make me a workout.?
Hey everyone

Can anyone make me a workout using the following equipment:

1) Iron Gym (pull up bar thing)
2) Push up Bars (handles that u use to do push ups)
3) Dumbbells

My goals are the following:
1)Big and strong arms
2)Pecs
3) 6-pack abs (or at least flat muscular stomach)
4)Overall strength and muscle, with a focus on the areas I mentioned.

I want to workout all week, with the weekends off.

So, can you list your idea in a way that is "such and such" an exercise and the number of sets, and reps in a set, and on what day.?

Answers:
my advice is work out your chest and your triceps on mondays wednesdays and fridays. try chin ups and pushups.

tuesday thursday and saturday do pull ups and curls. thats your back and biceps.

thats just a very basic work out plan though. if you buy mens health magazine they have very good no equipment workout plans. you could even go on the site and find some pictures and some exercises that would help you out.Health Question & Answer
