Question: How Do I loose Weight at 14.?
Im 14 years old, and all the pills and diets and for people 18 and older, and i am way to scared to take that risks.
I work out at a gym 3 days a week. But im not getting results...
I have considered throwing up.? but once i start to gag i pull my toothbrush out...
I dont want to be belumic or anything, i just want to be skinny.
I weigh about 180.

Do you eat a healthy balanced diet aswell as working out.? You cant just workout and eat whatever.. I hope you know that.
What exercises do you do and for how long.? You should be getting in atleast 30 minutes of cardio 5-6x a week. And maybe strength training 3x a week for 15-20 mins.
You should also eat within 1200-1500 calories everyday. You need to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight. And also drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Remember that it doesnt happen overnight; some results take a while to see. Eat healthier, 5 small meals a day, every 3 hours in SMALL portions and dont eat 5 hours before going to bed. Dont eat any junk foods, fried, white carbs (pasta, white bread, white rice, etc) or red meats. And no sodas.
Have lots of vegies, protein, fiber, fruits, WATER, brown carbs (wholemeal bread, brown rice, wholewheat pasta) though only limit having carbs to every once in a while.

First don't EVER consider losing weight by throwing up, please. Second stick with it. 1 pound a week is realistic. How long have you been working out.? Give it time. Change your diet, and get a trainer.cardio is a big portion of weight loss. Do you do 30-45 minutes a day of it.? At 14 you are still growing and its normal to have some weight on you or to be anorexic looking like i was, and wasn't happy with my body either by the way. If you can afford it get a trainer, take part in sports or exercise that you enjoy so you will stick with it and cut out sodas and fried foods. Good luck.Health Question & Answer
Your afraid of diet pills but your willing to try bulimia.? I don't understand your logic there, but okay.
My best suggestion is just plenty of exercise, followed by a healthy diet. It takes time, you aren't going to see instant results, just be patient.

Try watching what you eat. Eat 3 meals a day and watch the portions too. If you snack, replace any salty/sugary/fatty (pretty much all the good stuff, right.?) foods with fruits/vegetables. i know that sounds ideal, but if you REALLY want to lose weight, then I would start with that. Exercise should obviously be included also -- 30 min 5 days a week at least. Good luck!

do a lot of cardio like jogging and work out the big muscles groups which raise your metabolism and don't give up.

You *should* have a little extra bulk at that age. It helps you get taller.
