I've looked into many different diet plans ( atkins, SBD, low calorie, high protein, etc... ) & find that I'm very confused at it all. I need to loose 20 lbs & as fast as possible. I walk about 30 minutes a day; what should I be eating & how much & how often.?Health Question & Answer
