What else should I do to loose weight?!


Question: What else should I do to loose weight.?
Right now I'm eating no more than 2 salads a day

and I'm working out at least two times a day but I usually workout 3-4 times a day

Other than that I drink water and gatorade

I sometimes drink a glass of milk of my stomach is upset


Oh and I take these things (idk how to explain them really) that help you burn more fat when you work out


I want to get abs like britney spears... before she had kids and stuff like in her music videos Overprotected, I'm not a girl not yet a women, and I'm a slave for you.

I lost some weight from this diet thing but I feel like it just stopped and now I'm gaining weight. I'm supposed to be starting my period soon and I'm not sure if thats why. I also might just be bloated cause I'm not eating as much food. I don't feel starved or anything though. Sometimes I feel like I ate too much.

Well sometimes during dieting there's periods of time that you dont lose any weight, and that's ok, just keep doing what your doing and the loosing weight should pick up again. I think you might just be bloating.Health Question & Answer

try eatinf fat free low card veg such as, carrots, turnip, butternut squash, cannage, broccoli etc... that should keep your metabolism up to speed

Eat more. You only THINK your metabolism is up plenty. If it was truly up, you wouldn't be asking this question because you would be losing weight. Let's go over your diet and then I will help you boost your metabolism because it is too low.

"2 salads a day" That is awful. How many calories is that.? 200.? You NEED to eat much more than that to stay healthy.
What happens when you aren't eating enough:
Your body senses there is no food, and enters "starvation mode". In starvation mode, your body clings to all its fat reserves and instead uses muscle tissue as fuel.
A massive amount of weight will be lost. That weight will be composed of water weight (which you will gain right back when you drink water) and muscle mass. No fat will be lost (what you want to do).
You will not look thin or sexy, you will look just how you feel: dehydrated and weak.
When you resume your normal dieting, all the water weight will come back, and the weight lost by muscle will be replaced by fat.
If you have only been eating 2 salads a day and have been exercising like crazy, chances are most of what you lost was in fact water weight and muscle mass, not fat.

Water - good! Gatorade - bad! At least in this sense. Gatorade is for performance, not fat loss. You take gatorade if you are playing a competitive soccer match or running a marathon, not if you are trying to lose weight. Milk - Good, as long as it is skim milk.

You are probably going to burn out with that much exercise. You need to give your body time to rest and recover. And I hope some of that exercise is weight lifting. Weight lifting builds muscle and helps burn fat.
