How can I lose weight if I can't run?!


Question: How can I lose weight if I can't run.?
It hurts my body too much to run daily or even every other day. I want to lose weight and get healthier but I just can't run so what's another exercise that's as good as running but easier on my joints and body.? Any exercise that gets you out of breath will do the trick. Swimming is good because you are supported in the water and it is less intensive on your joints. Don't get too hung up on your weight. It is the composition that matters. You could lose five pounds of fat but put on five pounds of muscle. Your weight would remain the same but you would stand better, look better, your clothes would fit better.
