Lunch - - none half of the time, other half of the time chips or rice/pasta

Since most of your meals say "usually none" I think not. You should be eating more food than that. If you don't eat breakfast then you definitely need lunch.Health Question & Answer
No. You definetly need to eat a healthy breakfast everyday. You should eat at least 5 times a day (3 meals and 2 snacks in between meals) . If you are not eating a healthy breakfast everyday and eating nothing but chips, rice or pasta when you do eat, it just isn't a healthy way eat. Eat as little chips, pasta and rice as possible. Unless it is 100% whole grain rice and pasta. Keep eating fruit daily and add some veggies everyday. You also need protein. Let me know how it is going. Well it probably isn't the best amount of food, perhaps you need to eat a little more. But then again if you really aren't actually hungry then it is probably fine.
However if you are trying to starve yourself from your usual amount of food to loose weight then starving isn't the best way to go about it.

breakfast-- a bowl of cereals with a fruit shake(banana, kiwi, strawberry's, and peach)
lunch-- fish is the most precious for the proteins and amino acids, along with a boiled potato
dinner-- stake
snack-- you can eat what ever you like. =)

Yes that is perfect
but... you should eat something with more protein and more fat ( a little more fat not much) my uncle is a doctor so I know and keep eating the pasta and rice its good for your breathing and lungs
