No way to tell if we don't know the sizes and brands, assuming we can find the calorie counts for the brand you had.

One of the biggest problems with people controlling their weight is they have no clue about portion sizes. This is the reason why - you can't estimate how many calories unless you know how much you are eating.

You said you had a bowl of pasta and sauce - how big was the bowl.? What was in the sauce, etc.? What you think of when you say "a bowl" and what I think of might be two very different amounts.

Without knowing portion sizes - it's like asking "I spent money on breakfast and some more money on lunch - so how much did I spend.?" See - no way to calculate it.

While I could not even venture a guess as to how many calories you ate - it does sound like a lot of fat and carbs.Health Question & Answer

Well, it's only going to be an estimate, but here we go:

Vegetable pasty: 550 calories
Meat Party pies: 1065 x 2 = 2130 calories
Pasta with sauce: 255 calories
Watermelon = 25 calories
French fries = 250 calories

Total calories: 3210

Not bad for a day's worth of calories for a man, or very active woman. I would suggest you start adding some more vegetables in your diet and take out some of the bakery items.
