The difference between Fat and Calories?!


Question: The difference between Fat and Calories.?
How come in some foods it says 38 calories, and 6.6g in fat, but then some foods have over 200 calories and only 1.5g in fat. Im really confused about it and if I'm tryna eat less and lose weight, what should I cut down.? Fat or calories.?

Actlually both You need to cut calories and fat grams. Try to keep the fat grams at 25 percent of your caloric total for the day. The lower the fat the faster you will lose weight. There are several websites on the internet that will help you figure out your calorie needs for the day in order to lose weight.Health Question & Answer

1g of fat takes 9 calories to burn
1g of carbs or 1g of protein each take roughly 4 calories to burn.
Past that it is purely mathematical.
