first of all it's all about distance not time.I am 23 and I walked about 2-5 miles 2 to 3 times a weak and I lost weight. you also need to eat somewhat healthy too. i am also 15. but i am 5'5 and i weigh 102 pounds. you are not overweight or fat. and i do track and run almost everysingle day but i still dont feel 100% comfortable with my body.. so i started dieting and doing 20 minutes of exercise every 2 to 3 hours and i noticed a flatter belly..it works! :)Health Question & Answer

no your a great size=D but if you want to tone up your legs and build muscle than i would suggest jogging - it burns more calories than walking in faster time, and it really gets your heart rate up. good luck=DHealth Question & Answer
