Question: Is eating around 200 grams of protein bad for me.?
im on a low carb high protein diet and i consume around 1200 calories a day till i lose 10 pounds. I consume around 200 grams of protein a day from fish, protein shakes, eggs, ect and i work out 5 times a week lifting weights for 50 minutes. You may lift 5 times a week and all. But you would be wasting money on wasted protein. yes, thats to musch, you should be getting around 120 grams. if you eat to much protein you can poison your liver.
