Question: What can i do to feel more motivated to exercise.? .?

Take a picture of someone who is fairly plump and around 30. Now paste it on your wardrobe door. Think, if I don't exercise, I will look like this sad person by the time I am 30, worse at 40 etc.

You should do something you like to do--that involves moving or exercising, of course. Just think of exercise as something you really like to do, and you'll do it.

If you're not really into sports or anything, you should try to imagine yourself the way you want to be; "think with the end in mind" is a quote I live by. That should be motivating enough.

Anyway, I usually really want to exercise, because I love getting more and more fit. It all comes down to you REALLY wanting whatever it is you want for yourself, i.e. fitness, losing weight. tell your mom, dad, or a friend about your plan to exercise and see if they will go with you. having someone with you will motivate you to keep up with them, or to at least go. also, try to set up a rewards system. if your goal is to work out four times a week, and you meet it, do something special like getting a new pair of shoes or something.
