Am i eating healthily?!


Question: Am i eating healthily.?
i'm recovering from anorexia, i lifted weights for 1 hr, did yoga for 40 mins and did ab work like crunches etc for 20-30 mins. i drank 2 ls water.
breakfast: homemade smoothie (contains 1 banana, 5 strawberries and about 1/4 cup raspberry yogurt), 1/2 cup oj
lunch: 1 grilled peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat (fried in very little peanut oil), 1/2 cup milk
snack: 1 apple, 3 slices gouda cheese
dinner: annie's whole wheat pasta in cheese sauce (all organic, about 280-300 calories), 1 cup salad or peas, 1 cup v8 juice
snack: 1/2 cup apple sauce, 2 small sugar cookies (about 2 inch squares)
do you think i'm eating healthily.? am i eating too much/too little.? any suggestions.? thank you!Health Question & Answer

Every time I see you post this you add more exercises and take away some food... Be careful not to go back to anorexia. and dont compare yourself to people on this site, they are not real people eating Schedules...(not really right in the head). Just look at life not yahoo answers for this.I'm worried about you.. Yahoo diet and fitness isnt good for a recovering anorexic's eyes you'll freak out too much it happened to me.Health Question & Answer

You definitely are not eating too much! It's awesome you're working hard to recover. Keep it up; don't allow yourself to think you're eating too much. You are also exercising well =) I think it's great you're making healthy choices too! Don't feel bad if you have a treat - making most of your meals healthy is better than most people; it's what I try to do too.
