Question: How much should i loose.?.?.? (people who are familiar with the BMI- standard Please).?
So I'm 15, 5'6 and 144 pounds, which is good in my opinion cause I was 168 back in august. But I'm still determined to loose weight but I duno How much. What would be a Nice Ideal Weight.? I have nice curves but I usually dont show them off cause I'd rather not show off my little tummy that poke out in extreamly fitted shirts. I also want to beable to wear a bikini without feeling insacure. If You think you have a nice thin figure maybe you can give your BMI calculation. Your BMI is 23.2 so perhaps if you wanted to get it down to 22, you would need to lose around 4-6lbs. But remember that your BMI IS healthy at the moment, so you dont NEED to lose anything.

girls always seem to look at weight, you must realize that bodies are different.. me, im a slightly short about 5'7 15 year old male who weighs about 145 lbs.. i look like a bodybuilder (although i am) but point being, someone who is a couple inches taller than me can weigh like 40 pounds more than me because they have more bone mass.
my brother is about 20 lbs heavier than a person his exact size and muscle size too because he has a denser bone than most people..
so look at yourself if your not happy than get off your but and hit the gym or just go for a run.. instead of looking at a scale look at a mirror..
