Question: How can i ease back into getting fit again.?
In a way that avoids overdoing it for a weekling.? I was fit but went overseas and need to get that back but lately im aching and just sleeping too much.Health Question & Answer

Walking is the best way. Start out with shorter walks and work your way up. Once you're able to walk at a fairly quick pace for at least 1/2 hour, then start doing more intense forms of cardio.Health Question & Answer
Walking is a great way to ease back into things. Sure your not a bit depressed. Aches and sleeping too much could be a sign of depression. But again the exercise could help in that as well.Health Question & Answer
