My current Weight - 165

My daily caloric intake - between 1000 and 1200

I get about 150 minutes of intense cardio per week. (30 min/5x week)

How quickly should I see results.? How many pounds per week will I lose.? Is this a good work out routine.?Health Question & Answer

What bothers me about your question is your daily caloric intake. You should make sure you do not go under 1,200 calories/day (maybe add a Yoplait Yogurt to your diet, and not the low calorie kind).

If you go under 1,200 calories/day, your body will lower your metabolism and you will need less calories FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE..

Some people get very fat, not because they eat too much but because they eat more than 1,000 calories/day after their bodies adapted to lower calories requirements, because they ate less at one point in their life.

If you eat 1,200 and exercise, you should lose about one pound/week, which is 3,500 calories
