what would be a good routine, as in eating ways, i want to lose weight, :anybody that has lot weight what did you eat and in what time

eat breakfast everyday-eggs are healthy, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, oatmeal. Add fruit to your breakfast every day
eat fruits and/ir vegies for snacks
for lunch have a small salad before and then maybe a sandwich on whole grain bread (no mayo!!) or just have a large salad
another snack after lunch
for dinner eat a protein (chicken, tuna, turkey) and a whole half of your plate should be veggies. You can also have some beans for fiber, and add a side salad.
Dont eat after 7pm.
Drink water with every meal, at least 64 oz.
Chew minty gum if you feel like snacking more.
