Question: Exhausted after work!!!how do I find energy.?
Hi there!

I have a 8am to 5pm office job and when I get home I am exhausted. I dont want to do anything at all! How do I get out of this slump and get motivated to go to the gym, run errands.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
You could try 5 hour energy, a protein bar, or something with a lot of caffeine in it. But it's important to stay well fed and hydrated during the day to help you out. also - once you are actually working out it's likely you will get a good adrenaline rush and gather a lot of energy once you start moving. You can also try exercising in the morning, waking up earlier and going to bed earlier - and having all your gym supplies in the car so you don't have to even be motivated enough to pack it all up, you can just drive there and you're ready. Being lazy only makes you feel lazier. As long as you can force yourself to *go* to the gym, you just have to crawl onto one of those machines, plug into your iPod, and then let at it.

go to sleep earlier, and maybe do some yoga before you sleep to get u relaxed, and maybe in the mornings to get your metabalism going. also eat energy foods, that are fresh and healthy through out the day. drink lots of water and start exercising more often at home first to get u motivated for gym. xHealth Question & Answer
