Can I take intermediate pilates classes if I'm a beginner?!
Question: Can I take intermediate pilates classes if I'm a beginner.?
I know this sounds really stupid, its just that the only Pilates class I can attend is the intermediate level one, as the "All levels" class clashes with my lab practical for uni.
So if I go along to the intermediate Pilates class, would I be able to keep up or should I just not do it.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Depending on whether you're generally in decent shape, you should be able to keep up. However, the importance of starting with the beginner lessons is that they teach you how to do the exercises properly. The whole idea behind pilates is that each move should be executed precisely in order to gain the maximum benefits.
I would recommend spending $15 on a beginner pilates dvd. Do it 2 or 3 times before you start the class and you'll be just fine.
