Question: How to lose wieght.?and fast.?
Ok i get teased at school for my wieght(im not overwieght) i guesss im pretty average but still i think im about 5'3 or 5'2 and i think i wiegh 115(we dont have those measure thingies and i dont check how tall i am) ok i want a healthy and SAFE diet. You really don't need to lose weight; you're right, your weight is average.

A lot of girls mistake being skinny with being fit. I see a lot of girls/women obsessed with losing weight but they look sickly and unhealthy. You may just not be active enough. You don't need to starve yourself either because you'll actually lose weight slower. Just try cutting down on the junk food and exercise at home. Although the above poster gave you some healthy lifestyle changes to adopt, I really should tell you to not do anything to your diet until you consult your doctor about it. I was 12 once, so I know it sucks getting teased, but as long as you know in your mind, you're not overweight(YOU ARE NOT), then don't let the comments affect you.

Try not to be so self conscious, I know it's almost impossible at 12, but those celebs have been tucked, plucked, and airbrushed to DEATH! Their appearances aren't really true to form. For every obnoxious comment made, just think to yourself about the person who it's coming from, surely they aren't "perfect" either. also, for every bad thing you think about your body come up with a compliment to balance it out.

Actually its not a diet as it says eat until you are satisfied,its a way for life to be healthy and fit.

You're not over weight at all, whoever is teasing you is crazy.. 115 is perfect for your height, wow.. I've seen girls 120 at 5'2 and look amazing..

Alright, I can help you.. if you wanna lose wight,you gotta eat for it.. do a lot of cardio or you won't see results.. it'll have the opposite effect.. I'd try something like a regular exercise plan that includes cardio about 4-5 times a week with regular workouts..

also, I wouldn't eat right before bed, ESPECIALLY carbs.. it will only turn to fat, as will all other sugar and protein that goes un-used..
