Help, I am fat and want to know which is the best exercise to lose weight, I am 180 pounds, 5 foot 8, I eat about 1350 calories a day and still I cannot lose weight!Health Question & Answer

You have to check the type of food that you eat too. If you eat a lot of starch and not enough vegetables and fruits, it is not good. Eat smaller portions of proteins (red meat especially) and eat more grilled fish. Tuna in water is also good with salads.

Add some weight training, building muscle helps burn more fat even at rest. And do some cardio (at least 30-45 mins) 3 times a week.
If you don't have a gym membership you can buy some hand weights and a workout dvd (I use Jackie Warner's workout dvd, it works out your entire body).

well weight lose is a combination of recipes to success..
u need any type of cardio at 75% of your heart rate... for 20 - 30 mins
3 - 4 times a week

and u also need some weight training... as that is the best way to tone your body..

if u are not losing u are either not working out intense enough or eating too many calories..
