Question: Pls rate my meal plan...suggestions/critisism is welcome.?
Breakfast-2 eggs cooked in 0 calorie cooking spray-160 cals
Snack-dried apples-40 cals
Lunch-Large salad with tuna and provolone cheese and oil and vinegar for dressing-380 cals
Snack-Banana-80 cals
Snack-turkey breast-100 cals
Dinner-Chicken breast with spinach and lima beans-300 cals
snack-dried apples-40 cals
total=1100 cals
Im going for low cal, low carb, high protein diet.
I did 15 mins on my elliptical this AM and will do 40 mins tonight. also 80 oz of wtare throughout the day?Health Question & Answer

A little tip is to try and get your exercises done in bursts throughout the day.
Like 1 minutes in the mourning, 15 in the evening and 15 2 hours before bed time.
This allows your body to continue burning calories throughout the day and helps with dieting.
Plus you don't have to overwork yourself in one sitting.

Good plan, only have more calories in the morning than dinner. I also eat dinner at 5:30 and very small and just drink a liter of water to suppress hunger. It's hard to do but it pays off. I usually just eat the white part of the egg but it doesn't fill me up at all. One egg white is about 17 calories while the yolk is around 60.Health Question & Answer
