Now I come home and I have something to eat and watch a bit of t.v. and then I just thnk it isn't worth it anyway so i don't go. How can I get myself to go.?Health Question & Answer

tell yourself you will become lazy and fat if you dont, and that you will feel so much better about yourself once you go!! trust me, once you get into a habit of going it becomes SO much easier to not make excuses. it used to be hard for me to find motivation to go but now i have days where i literally plan to go and make it fit into my schedule. i try to go MWFS but sometimes i go two or more days in a row and have to take a day off. but on those work out days, i just GO-no questions asked. its like a lifestyleHealth Question & Answer
Well if you came home from work or school, you'd feel lazy to go out again to go to the gym. Why not skip the trip home and go directly to the gym from where you're at. Bring your gym bag along with u.
