Question: What is the best way to burn off fat.?
I work out 3 times a week and am very strong. My problem is I love to eat and am a little over weight. I have no cardio exercises in my workouts either. What is the best way to lose this fat so my muscles look more defined.?Health Question & Answer

as you say you're very strong.. this will really help you to loose weight, do sprinting 3 times a week and body weight exersices too.. do sprinting like 100meters rest 4 minutes and do it again (3times) or you can jogg for 35minutes in a good speed not slow.. and always keep a healthy diet rather than having a junk diet with less food :D ... healthy diet and lots of it is nutritious plus you will be burning it during exersice, you can have a cheat meal once a week, you can avoid it if you can :DHealth Question & Answer

add cardio into your regimen..... Cardio is what burns fat. so if you aren't doing anything and only gorging yourself with food, then your never going to see the precious muscle you have underneath. if you can't control yourself in the kitchen then you have to make up for it with Extra cardio. so either quit eating so much and add cardio or run like 3 miles a day hit the treadmill for an hour as well a day adn you may be okay.Health Question & Answer
