Question: Will this weight loss plan work.?
I'm taking in about 1000 calories a day and I exercise for about 3 hours a day (each hour during a different time). I have given up soda, sugary things, sweets, chocolate, fattening things like mayo ect. I am drinking plenty of water everyday as well. Will I lose weight.?Health Question & Answer
