how many calories do i need to burn in a cardio session to successfully loss weight but not so quick that it is easily gained back.? how many days a week do i need to do cardio.? is it better to alternate weight training in between cardio ever other day.? how many reps must i do to gain muscle strength.? how many sets of reps should i do.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
yes cardio and weight training is the way to go. For strength and less size perform reps in the 6-7 rep 3-4 sets area(always warm up properly). I'd tell you to do 3-5 reps but that is dangerous is your a newbie and don't know what you're doing/
