Would you recommend the P90X diet for a 15 year old?!

Question: Would you recommend the P90X diet for a 15 year old.?
Answers:
I dont know about the diet, but the workouts are super intense. I almost threw up at the end of day 1 ( I worked out outside but still). It was totally not easy but it will get you ripped if your nutrition is thereHealth Question & Answer

I have actually used the p90x diet and exercise program. Tony is a beast and he proves his exercises work. I really enjoy the workouts and have been doing them for about 2 1/2 years now. I started when I was 18 and just always felt great. The diet is good and I followed it for some time. Unfortunately, the foods in the diet program are expensive and can empty the pockets quickly. Use it as a guide for healthy types of food. You do not need to necessarily follow the exact foods in the nutrition book. I would advise using the caloric intake they specify with the formula in the P90x nutrition book as well. Eat lean protien such as trukey and tuna. Plenty of Fruits and vegetables and remember to take Sunday off from not only your workout but your diet as well. Don't burn yourself out. Good Luck and Have Fun. Plyometrics is AWESOME!Health Question & Answer

ExperienceHealth Question & Answer

Is it a diet or an excersise plan.? What I know of P90x is that its an excersise program. I think that that would be fine for a 15 year old. If you want to diet on the other hand, be sure its healthy. You're too young to be doing crazy diets or taking pills. But exercise is always good, just don't push yourself too hard.Health Question & Answer

Yes, But you have to be able to BRING IT!!!Health Question & Answer
