I just got a bikini but am really insecure bout my bod. I have a crush on this guy and am on spring break. I wanna come back to school with a really nice body. I want people to notice that i've lost the weight too. So i guess i would wanna lose about 15 pounds. Like i said i have a crush on this guy and i guess wanna stand out to him. I also feel that losing weight will give me more confidence. Any good eating/workout schedules, tips.? Please, i really need the help!Health Question & Answer

Guys do not like twigs with breasts. Let me just say that. Most guys like to see a shape to the girl. Do not buy into the fashion magazine "look" that is so fake.

If you drop 15 pounds you'd be 100 , that's way too tiny.

BTW the recommended weight for a small frame girl at 5'2" is 108 to 121; medium frame 118 to 132.

Your self confidence should not come from appearance, it should come from within. Can you carry a conversation with the guy .? Do you know how to joke with someone .? Do you have a sense of humor .? Can you be a smart-a(s(s (not mean) sometimes to a guy (they like that, will get their attention).

Honey, you are the perfect weight for your height....at 12 yrs & the fact that you are still developing/growing...the only thing you should be doing is toning (sit ups, push ups, etc). But please-dont try to loose weight. Eating disorders are very dangerous and difficult to get out of once you begin.Health Question & Answer

Start playing a sport like basketball. Its fun and you will lose the weight before you know it. Although your weight sounds fine to me. You are only 12 so drink lots of water and play outside more than inside and you should be okay.Health Question & Answer
