I always see that what food we eat can never help reduce weight drastically but it can help us from not gaining more weight.

I understand how hard it would be for a new mom to loose weight without working out and its definitely hard to find time for workouts too...

You could start with:

Pancakes made of oats -- powder fast cooking oat and add eggwhites and make pancakes healthy.

Take a lot of fruits and veggies. When you crave for certain kind of food try drinking water.

Veggies like Broccoli, beans, sprouts, lentils are good. One bowl of cooked lentils will keep you full and its rich in proteins. Take fruits high in water content.

Avoid Egg yolks, Cheese, rice, potatoes and any fried & fast food they are rich in carbs and fat. Check for MSG and sodium levels before you consume any pre cooked food.Health Question & Answer

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

NO FRIED FOOD...

Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat

take a multivitamin at nightHealth Question & Answer

Eat foods that you like and satisfy you. If you do this you will be able to eat less and will be healthier for it.

So find EXACTLY what your body wants then eat it at WHATEVER TIME YOU WANT. Then stop. Socialisation, superstition (diet theories that do not hold in practice), get in the way of intelligent eating

This intelligent style of eating trumps all the mechanical washed-up theories of the nutrition arm-chair scientists who are getting DIRE results with their trusting patients.Health Question & Answer

i know this isn't a long sufficient answer, but eating one egg over easy, 2 small strips of bacon, a small cup of black coffee, and a whole cup of grapefruit juice all for breakfast in the morning, will shed off the pounds! but you have to eat all of them together because the mixture burns the fat. also, for lunch sometimes you might want to try 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 cucumber with milk or water. i know, it doesn't sound very appetizing but i did this for a week and even though it got a little boring and gross, i lost 4 pounds! hopefully you find what u need! :DHealth Question & Answer

eat celery and drink ice cold water. Why.? because it takes more calories to chew and break down the celery than the body can take from the food, so it has (net) negative calories. The same is true for ice cold water. your body needs to heat up the water to body temperature to use it, so it needs to use energy (in the form of calories).Health Question & Answer

cabbage, green apple would help you.but you can eat every green thing also:)Health Question & Answer
