So lately ive been partying alot (not the healthiest thing ive come to realize) and ive been drinking alot of beer. ive always been an athlete and i work out regularly, i eat very healthy, avoid sodas and such and fatty foods, but ive recently aquired a beer belly like at the bottom of my stomach (i guess a pudge) and it really bothers me now, and i would really like some advice as to how to get rid of it soon (like a month or 2) and get my 6 pack back (whats embarrassing is you can see the top abdomen)

any advice is greatly appreciated

You made a good first step by dropping alcohol from your diet. lol. Drinking alcohol reduces your testosterone levels, reduces your ability to metabolize fat (become fat storer instad of burner), reduce your GH levels, and acts as a diuretic.

To get a 6 pack you want to focus on getting your body fat percentage down to about 6-8%. Some ways to help you do this is of course eating a healthy diet. A good starting point would be creating a diet with a caloric intake of about 12 times your lean body mass. Try to eat a lot of protien and lessen you carb intake. Your diet should consist a lot of protien because it has an anticatabolic effect. It helps preserve your muscle mass as you cut down your fat. Protien also boosts your metabolism a lot more within an hour of eating it then you get with high carb meals. (30% compared to 4%). This is because protien digestion is more complex, takes longer, and requires more energy to assimilate.

Lastly, when doing cardio try to do it in teh morning when your body has been on an 8 hour fast from sleeping. This will cause the body to burn fat for fuel instead of using food from a recent meal in your systems which would raise blood glucose levels. When you are doing cardio also keep your heart rate inside the target zone of 50-75% of max. Normally if you use a machine it can tell you inform you when you are in this range. It will help stimulate the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline which causes you to burn fat for fuel.
