Are u suppose to deadlift what you squat?!


Question: Are u suppose to deadlift what you squat.?
say if i can just manage to squat 40kgs for eg would i be able to deadlift 90kgs....? Or is it you deadlift what you squat for eg i squat 85kgs and i deadlift 80-90kgs.?Health Question & Answer

Deadlift is always suppose to be higher than you squat. I squat 200 and deadlift 345. Not everyone has a significant difference but deadlift>squats.Health Question & Answer
