i need a quick and easy way to lose the punds but without having to exersise or diet is it possible.?

Ok, To me, your BMI would be around 30-35. For your age category, Id say you were obese. Im not gonna tell you that losing weight is gonna be easy, because its gonna be the complete opposite. Just cut down on the choccies and junk food. You dont need to stop all together, just try eating more salad and healthy food e.g pasta or low fat ready meals. go to the gym more often with a parent or friend or family member. start off smooth like once every 2 weeks, then gradually build up, like 3/4 times a week for about 1-2 hours at a time. Go for a quiet jog in the morning. if you have a pet, take it for a short walk once a day. If you go shopping, then walk a bit faster.

Ive been through this. im 17 now, when i was 13, I weighed 13 stone, i now weigh 11 stone. this is more suitable for my height and age. It wasnt easy, and on most days i was completely exausted. but i was determined to loose weight to stop being bullied and stop getting emotionally threatened by my parents. I now have an amazing fiancee who i have been with for 3 years. And I go to the gym every day with my best friend and its enjoyable.

Not exercising will seriously hinder your progress, even just doing some light exercise will help, like going for a short walk round the local area with a friend.

Diets rarely work, it's not as much about how much you eat it it's what you eat. A good diet will not make you feel starved and unhappy. You need to reduce the amount of fatty foods you are eating like chips, crisps, fatty meats like pork, bought pizzas etc and start eating more pasta, rice, fruit and veg etc. And as I said before you need to totally cut out on the snacks and eat a good breakfast. sorry but its all to do with food and exercise......you are what you eat is the saying.....there are options about controlling what you eat be it dieting...........all the quick answers about loosing weight might work in the short run ....but you will soon pile the weight back on......its about changing your life style to a more healthy way of living. Pick on something that you know to be unhealthy...something easy....and stop doing it. Looking down at your body will always look bigger then it is. Look in a mirror and you may be surprised that your not as big as you may imagine. I can only speak for the UK but after working in a chemist i can tell you there is a diet called lipotrim. You can loose about 5lbs a week.
