Question: I need sum1 2 exercise with...?
my mom said she'd do it with me but honestly she wont. she's just 2 dang lazy. she keeps saying we'll do it monday but its tuesday and she says well do it wednesday...

idk how 2 work out.? i dont want arm muscle i just want weight to come off... what can i do.? would walking help.? should i ask a friend.?Health Question & Answer

walking
running

doing sit ups

the best thing you can do is to get your dog if you have one and walk it. walking is great exercise and burns off loads of calories. if you don't have a dog ask a friend to walk somewhere with you, walking's fun tbh

or swimming, or biking is just as good

Jogging is probably the best way to lose weight. Walking is also good if you don't want to jog. Don't listen to what Misael said, never take any sort of 'weight loss' pills.
