Answers:
PERSONALLY, I WOULD PROBABLY NOT BRUSH, BUT USE SOME TYPE OF ORAL RINSE THAT HAS FLUORIDE OR ANOTHER TYPE OF STRENGTHENING SUBSTANCE. THEN MAYBE BRUSH AS USUAL AFTER THAT. HOPE THIS HELPS~ (AND I AM ALL ABOUT THE RESPECT THING TOO. I HATE CRITICISM AS WELL!)Health Question & Answer

Nope. I actually think it is worse to brush your teeth right after because all the enamel on the front of your teeth is slowly eroding because of the stomach acid and then when you brush it off right away its just slowly scraping off more of your teeth.Health Question & Answer

No, the majority of the damage is done at the point where you throw up. If you are doing this, you'll need a good sympathetic dentist. It really does damage your teeth badly. Between bulimia and a couple of sports injuries my teeth are almost all fractured, held together with pins, screws, resin, you name it...Health Question & Answer

All the medics and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is not feasible, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I managed it with acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, but they definitely worked for me, and they've been featured on CNN too. There's a free trial going on currently at http://ussedablit.desi.me.uk , try it out, what is the worst that could happen.?Health Question & Answer

not at all! brushing your teeth after vomiting is one of the absolute worst things you can do. a better alternative would be to rinse your mouth out with a gentle baking soda mixture to neutralize the acid from your stomach and then brush your teeth later.Health Question & Answer
