I would like to know if this is a healthy possibility :) IM OPEN to all answers if i could get some quick responses this would be very much appreciated!!! Yes you can! Here's the eating rule that has worked the best for me.
Eat only "real" food (not fast or processed - boxed)
Mostly veges
then fruit
protein w/every meal (eggs, lean beef, chicken, fish)
complex carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread, pasta) not too much
Give yourself a "free" day once a week so you wont feel like you can't eat anything fun. Add the exercise and water and you'll take it off!

Absolutely as long as you are not starving yourself with too little calories and getting good exercise along with water, it shouldn't stand in the way with weight loss. This is actually what more people should be doing instead of the ridicilous miracle diets.Health Question & Answer
