Question: I have 2 months to lose as much as I can!.?
In June I am going to Vegas (yay!) but the problem is I am fat. I am 5'1 and 145 lbs and 23 yrs old. How much can I lose if I jog for an hour every day and eat only 1200-1400 cals.? Any other suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

if you go below 1500 calories a day then your body goes into starvation mode... this means that it clings to every calory you eat for as long as possible... so maybe try and stick to 1500

if you run for an hour you'll burn around 650 calories i recon -- probably more

just plan your day of food, eat regualrly and small, and drink lots of water!! this will speed up ur metab so ul burn caloried without doing anything haha!

if you eat 1500 calories a day and run for an hour say every OTHER day then you will loose heaaapppss and heaaapppss of weight and pretty quick to

The healthy weight lose is 1 to 2 lbs a week, so if you do your cardio and watch your calorie consumption you can lose up to 30 lbs in two month. I wouldd add some strength training in your routine 3 days a week as well cause the more muscle you have the more fat your body burns.

Jogging is one of the fastest ways to lose weight, so definitely keep up with that. 1200-1400 calories is also a good goal for calories.

hard to answer as everybody differs, but that sounds like a good plan to start with. drink a lot of water everyday, well 8 glasses. This helps a lot in so many ways. try eating 5-6 small meals per day rather han 3 large ones. this stops your body entering starvation mode and keeps your metabolism at an optimal rate.

also if you want to loose weight and tone your body, you must do some light weight training, I would recommend the treadmill at 7%incline for 20 minutes at a time, then some light weight training 5 pounds in each hand up down up and down. also drink lots of water. also try to avoid greasy fat food, substitute your diet with more salads and thigns with lots of nutrients, when you have eggs, take out the yellow part, that has the cholesterol, and maybe try soyjoy, eat those instead of chips or something, itschaep, healthy and it gives great energy, For me it works really good, i eat it before I go to the gym and its great.

For cellulite you can try toning it by using high inclines on the treadmill, at 3.9 or 3.5 mph otherwise umm if you want to take pills...you go do that..
