Walking on inclined treadmill..?!


Question: Walking on inclined treadmill...?
I am very skinny (size 0) so I am not concerned with fat burn, but I am trying to work out and firm up my bum and thighs. So if I walk on a treadmill at incline 15 for a mile and half at speed 3.0-3.5 will this be beneficial in toning/firming my bum.? I have done it for a week and a few days and feel some response from my abs and side of my thighs. I just wanted to see if it is beneficial for my bum. I do other works outs as well. i wouldn't do any cardio at your weight/condition.

I'd eat more protein/fats and lift weights. Like squats, lunges or donkey kicks.

Since your butt is a muscle, you have to feed your body the proper nutrients to build muscle while at the same time use weights.

yeah it should. but as you dont want to fat burn i would suggest eating lean protien such as chicken along side this. it will help tone you.Health Question & Answer
