What do you think of my weight and height measurements?!

Question: What do you think of my weight and height measurements.?
I haven't weighed myself in a while, but I'm guessing I'm around 143-145 pounds. I'm 5'7, almost to 5'8.
I really want to lose weight, and I've been running almost everyday and lifting weights and such. I'm Hispanic, so naturally I have curves, but I want to get rid of some fat in my stomach area and my lovehandles.
Any exercise tips for that.? also, I want to lose some of the fat on my thighs and legs.

Any tips for exercising to lose that.?
& What foods should I eat daily to help.? I really have no idea.

I heard that if you work out in a certain color, it helps you. Does anyone know what color is better to work out in.?

Eat or decline your diet to 1600-1800 calories AND go for runs and workout.
You need to lose overall fat. You can't just work out your stomach and bam! no more fat in that area - it doesn't work like that unfortunately. You can work out your stomach, like crunches, to build that muscle but unless you get rid of the fat it will be hidden.Health Question & Answer

ok dude above me, thats creepy. Only way to specicically target fat loss is by weight training in that area, other wise when you lsoe weight it's mainly distributed evenly. Green tea definitly helps. Do NOT drink anything with calories at all. Milk has shown to block fat so one fat free glass of milk in the morning may be a good idea.Health Question & Answer

Some people in sunny countries work out in black, black clothes attract the heat and make your feel hotter, causing you to sweat more.

This makes people think that they're working out better because they're sweating more, but it doesn't actually work. In fact it enables you to work out for LESS because you over heat quicker.

It's best to work out in lose fitting clothes and well-fitting trainers.

As for what exercises you should do I'd suggest you ask the teacher at the gym to help you, they can give you better ones based from you telling them exactly what you want and they'll be able to see you in person and see exactly what areas need toning up.
