Depends where you are starting from fitness wise, and 2-4 days per week is not how the program is designed to work for maximum effect.
For example if I started the P90X routines tomorrow, hey wow I'd have 8 pack abs, but thats because I already have 8 pack abs!
If you read the P90X literature it'll give you a good idea of what to expect.
Downsides of P90X, well you've got to get used to a guy who's eyeliner is more obvious than your average Goth's (so says a Goth - me).Health Question & Answer
