Do you mean fistula.? If yes, find a very very good doctor who will take the time to help you. Relative had one that lasted 3 years. He had lots of operations to drain etc. but wouldn't shift it. Finally had an operation by bowel surgeon (who was amazingly talented), who took some muscle and sewed it in to the 'hole' and it healed reasonably quickly....
