ok, so yesterday my arm started hurting up by my shoulder. then today, both my arms hurt SOOO much. i can't tense my arm, and i can hardly open a bottle of water. it honestly feels like i've been doing push ups for like 2 hours. i can't stretch my arms out all the way, and i can't put any weight on them. when i do tense my arms, they shake uncontrollably. i haven't done anything that requires a bunch of energy. yesterday i went to the mall, and i sat around doing homework for the rest of the weekend. please help!Health Question & Answer
