Stinging/burning when pooping, then spreads to vagina and produces a stinging sensation?!

Question: Stinging/burning when pooping, then spreads to vagina and produces a stinging sensation.?
About a week ago, my boyfriend and I had anal sex. We've had it dozens of times before, and it never hurt, nor did it do this, but a few days later, my butt hole started hurting really bad to the point that I am nearly in tears when I have to poop. It hurts to sit, walk, stand, anything. Just today I started to get a stinging sensation(not really a stinging but, kind of like a pain you would get in your abdomen when having your period --I am on birth control so I do not get my period so it's not that) every now and again in my vagina.
I've taken a shower, and tried hemorrhoid cream even, so it's not a hemorrhoid or else the cream would have relieved some of the burning, and it didn't. I have felt around my butt hole to make sure that it is indeed not a hemorrhoid and I don't feel one. I am worried it might be an internal one, or if it's not, I am worried that it is something else. All my Google searches have turned up nothing whatsoever, and I'd like to know before I make a doctor's appointment.

Thank you!Health Question & Answer

It is possible that it is an infection of some sort but I advise you make that doctors appointment as soon as possible it is better to be safe than sorry.Health Question & Answer

You need to see the doctor. Your boyfriend may have contracted and STD from someone else and gave it to you. I know that could be hard to believe, but get to your doctor NOW while it is still an active issue so he can determine what it is, in case it is something that goes into remission, you want him to look at it NOW!!!Health Question & Answer

My friend Cardon a M.D says that you should seek medical help immediately. It could be an infection or a tear so before it gets worse and possibly kills you, go to the doctor!!!Health Question & Answer
