i don't know why but my front thighs hurt, like after a workout - but i DIDN'T workout

help me get rid of the pain, please

try to ice it every 10 minites and a heating pad every 10 miniutes thats what i had to do when i pulled my hamsrtring and i didnt even workout i was just walking down the hallway at school felt something pop and immediatly fell to the ground it hurt so badlyHealth Question & Answer
