Question: Random pains in my neck.?

yeah so sometimes, although not often, i will get an excruciating pain in the side of my neck for literally 2 seconds, then it goes away. I don't think this is normal, but i'm not even sure. I'm 17 if it helps...Health Question & Answer

I have a bone spur growth in my spinal column along the 3-4th vertebrae. Found during an x-ray when I was 22. I believe it happened when I landed wrong on my neck jumping on a trampoline about 10 years prior.

I can't turn my head to the back-left at all because the bone spur pinches a nerve and prevents motion. If you have any motion prohibiting pains it is an indicator of a more serious problem you should have checked out by a serious medical doctor, not a chiropractor.

The chiropractor will make you feel more comfortable but the odds that he actually helps your pained neck is about zero. They're great for helping patients with seriously messed up spines (multiple sclerosis for example) but to common neck pains they're just way too expensive.Health Question & Answer
